Open Studio Day
March 23, 10am-2pm
On Saturday the 23rd of March I am opening my studio in Brookvale from 10am-2pm.
The artworks that I have created look way better in real life than they do on the magic black rectangle you are staring at right now. So, come and see for yourself.
I like to see where artists work. I like being invited into their space, their world. So, I figured you might like it as well. Think of it like an exhibition without any of the art-w*nk, canapés, or cheap champagne.
The overarching theme of the paintings is that the good moments, the happy moments, the meaningful moments of life come through a connection to what exists, not through the accumulation of what exists.
There are also two large-format drawings that I’ll have hanging that look into the world of fast fashion and the way clothing can become a part of your being if you treat it the right way.
